Mom went home to be with the Lord today. She went peacefully in her sleep this afternoon. As I drove to church today, I saw the beautiful snow-capped mountains and again, I heard the words in Psalm 121... "I lift my eyes up to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth..." My mom is in Heaven with Jesus and I know her hope and prayers would be that through her life and death, God would use her to make His name known.
I love my mom - my best friend and I will miss her sooo much, but I also know one day I will be praising Jesus beside my mom in the presence of the Lord.

I am so greatful for all the support and prayers we have received through this difficult time. I am especially greatful for my sister who took such good care of my mom, and who continually looked out for my mom's best interest.
